Return Policy
- A return authorization must be obtained from JMT Beauty prior to making a return. Please contact our customer service for authorization.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and accompany your shipment.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition and include original packaging, unopened and not used.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery of your shipment.
- We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from JMT Beauty.
- A re-stocking fee of 20% applies to all returns.
- All sales items are not returnable/exchangeable/refundable.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless item is damaged or defective or missing.
- All exchanges must be returned and received before we process a refund/exchange.
- In the case of an exchange, a new order must be place for the new item. Don't worry we will assist you with that.
