• JMT Beauty reserves the right to correct or cancel any orders due to website malfunction or technical errors. We are not responsible for any technical or pricing errors.

Creating an Account

If you don’t already have an account, you can register on our website.

JMT Beauty utilize the same online system for in-store purchases and trade shows, if you have purchased in-store but do not have access to your online account, please contact us at  sales@jmtbeauty.com to update your email address. JMT Beauty reserves the right to correct or cancel any orders due to website malfunction or technical errors. We are not responsible for any technical or pricing errors.

Professional Only Policy

JMT Beauty are a professional only wholesaler. We require proof of certification or business ownership. This can be emailed to jessica@jmtbeauty.com.

Student Accounts

Esthetics students may set up accounts before completing their studies. To complete their registration, students must send in proof of their enrolment containing the name of the institution, the date of enrolment or expected completion, the name of the course, and the student’s name. Students have one year to send in their completed certification before purchasing privileges may be revoked.

Back order Policy

We try to keep all our products in-stock on a regular basis, and our inventory up-to-date and accurate. Due to the large volume of sales and shipping delays from vendors, stock may get depleted or inventory may contain errors, and will offer a refund for any errors of this nature.  We do offer backorders and will notify you in this occasion.
